Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting Hakeem Mursaleen Foundation. Donations help us deliver herbal healthcare and charitable services to those in need.

1. General Policy

All donations made to the Foundation are non-refundable. 
As a non-profit organization, funds are allocated immediately upon receipt to various ongoing projects, beneficiaries, or administrative needs. Hence, we are unable to refund donations once processed.

2. Exceptions

A refund may only be considered under the following conditions:
  • A technical error occurred during the donation process (e.g., double charge, incorrect amount deducted)
  • Unauthorized or fraudulent use of payment information is proven
  • Duplicate transactions identified and confirmed by our finance team

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund under the exceptions above:
  • Email us at info@hakeemmursaleenfoundation.org
  • Include your full name, donation amount, transaction reference number, and reason
  • Requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction date
Once verified, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10–14 working days through the original payment method.
